1. Order Processing & Tracking

We know you want your Steamix™ as quickly as possible! All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of purchase.

As soon as your order is processed, a tracking number is instantly provided via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey right to your doorstep.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

We are proud to offer fast, reliable, and trackable shipping.

  • Standard Delivery: 3 - 12 Business Days

Please note that while we do our best to ensure your order arrives within this timeframe, occasional delays due to high postal volume or customs processing are outside of our control.

3. Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your checkout!

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, returned, or delivered to the wrong address due to an error made at checkout.

Noticed a mistake? If you realize you have entered the wrong address, please email us immediately at contact@mysteamix.com. We process orders very quickly, but if you catch the mistake before your order is dispatched, we will do absolutely everything we can to update the address for you. Once the package has left our facility, we are unable to make any changes or issue refunds for incorrect addresses.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered" by the courier, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please reach out to us at contact@mysteamix.com and we will assist you in contacting the courier to investigate the issue.
