Refund & Return Policy
At Steamix™, we maintain strict quality control standards to ensure every 2-in-1 Smart Steamer arrives in perfect working condition. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.
1. All Sales Are Final (Buyer Error)
To maintain our fast shipping times and logistics, all orders are processed immediately. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for "change of mind," "buyer's remorse," or accidental purchases.
Please review your cart, shipping information, and product details carefully before completing your checkout. Accidental purchases, ordering the wrong plug type, or changing your mind after the order is placed are considered buyer error and are not eligible for a refund.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
You are only eligible for a full refund or a free replacement if your Steamix™ arrives damaged or defective directly out of the box.
Because of the electronic nature of this product, we have strict verification rules to guarantee that the defect was caused during manufacturing or transit, and not from buyer mishandling (such as dropping the item after delivery).
To be eligible for a full refund for a damaged item, you MUST fulfill ONE of the following requirements:

Provide Video Footage: Provide clear video footage of yourself opening/unboxing the original, sealed parcel showing the damage straight out of the package.

Same-Day Reporting: File a defect complaint with our support team on the exact same day your tracking number marks the package as "Delivered."
If you do not have unboxing footage and you report the damage days or weeks after the delivery date, we may only be able to issue a partial refund, as we cannot verify how the product was handled after arrival.
3. How to Start a Claim
If your item arrived damaged and you meet the criteria above, please email us immediately at contact@mysteamix.com.
Please include:

Your Name and Order Number.

A description of the defect or damage.

Your unboxing video OR clear photos of the defect (if reporting on the exact day of delivery).
Our support team will review your claim within 24-48 hours. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
